    An above-average small budget motel. Our quiet clean ground floor room, well furnished, was located toward the back corner. Not many parking spaces, but more on the adjacent side street.

    Floor molding missing from the rooms. They don't change comforters between guests and bathroom windows are broken.

    room was in shabby condition, front desk was not helpful, referred me to Expedia, which was not involved. Tried contacting Agoda via website which was just stupid AI chat, no customer service phone number evident. All I could do was contest the credit charge. My fault for being hasty making the reservation. Never again!
