    Was very big for a European hotel room. Only a few blocks off the metro, lots of options around even on a Monday night.

    Truly fantastic location. Great modern facilities. Super clean. We had a room in back of hotel away from street so it was very quiet. Only negative I will validate is the air con gives off a weird sound, like a data center high frequency sound. I wore ear plugs and it didnt bother me. My wife could sleep through it no problem. The other thing that could be better is only 1 bottle of water is providee for entire stay, even if you stay 1 or 4 nights. We stayed 4 nights and thought at very least give a bottle per night. Unnecessarily stingy

    The location of 9Hotel Mercy is great, right in the buzz of it. While breakfast was okay (but nothing worth writing home about), the decor of the rooms was austere and outdated. It felt very 90s compared to the rather flattering photography. And one day we asked the staff to clean our room while we were out but came home to the bedding not having been made/changed. We waited some time at the bar after letting them know but they still hadn't done and in the end we had to do it ourselves. On check out, we heard another couple had the same problem, and the staff were not very apologetic about it.
