    I had a pleasant stay at Painushima Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort offers great value for the price. Pros: * Convenient access to the city center and the airport (both about a 15-minute drive) * Convenience store only a 2–3 minute ,and supermarket about 8–10 minute drive away * Friendly and helpful staff * Spacious room for the price, with a quiet and private atmosphere Cons: * Limited dining options nearby

    We stayed for 6 nights and loved our stay! It was on the bus link to town but away from the busier centre. The bungalow was spotless, and you receive a housekeeping clean on day 4. There were plenty of towels to change every 1-2 days. The shower/bathroom was fantastic - we used the clean large bath and liked the design of the wet room. There is a fridge inside and kettle. The outside space was great with a washing up sink and outdoor shower for rinsing and the patio is private. The only issue was the gate height as my partner hit his head - so not ideal for anyone above 5ft6 (but just be aware and duck down). Otherwise, the stay was perfect and we would highly recommend! The host is super accomodating and friendly, and helped us with any requests we had. There is a coin operated laundry facility and BBQ rental. We will definitely be back, thank you for one of the best stays we had in Japan!!!!

    Our flight has been canceled on the day and mistakenly booked for just one night but when we get there the staff was kind she still accommodated us for 4 days and 3nights and she was very helpful in all her way that help us a lot and felt like the hotel was a home away from home. Highly recommend when you visit Ishigaki Island access to airport are good and they also have car rentals that makes it more convenient, they also offers fishing equipment when you are into fishing.

    Quiet location, 5 minutes drive to 24 hrs AION and Donki, 15 minutes drive to the town with all types of food to choose from, also near to the main road to explore other area in the island. Free bbq facilities provided, you can choose to stay and relax after a long day
