    De locatie van dit hotel is prima. Op loopafstand vind je een hand vol restaurantjes en de 7-eleven is dicht bij. Maar met een scooter ben je overal dichtbij. Wij boekte dit hotel met ons gezin zodat we ook af en toe een middag in het zwembad konden blijven. Het zwembad is heel klein, wat aan de koude kant en zitplaatsen zijn ontzetten krap. Niet relaxt om de kinderen te laten zwemmen en zelf een boekje te lezen. Voor de relaxte middagen moesten we uitwijken naar een poolbar in de buurt. Het hotel is schoon, en de kamers zijn goed ingedeeld.

    I’ve stayed in this hotel before. And enjoyed it very much. I’m glad we returned, looks like they did some renovations to the rooms and public areas. The breakfast sets included are amazing and the staff serving breakfast was awesome. I’ll be back again next year.

    Overall, the stay was pleasant and it was our little getaway for anniversary, thanks for the lovely decoration. There are a few areas that I feel could be improved to make the experience more comfortable for guests. In particular, the bathroom shower curtain may need to be replaced, as it had an unpleasant smell and appeared quite old-fashioned. Replacing it with a newer, cleaner curtain would improve both the bathroom’s appearance and overall hygiene. One particular concern was the small wooden fixture/feature in the room. Due to its positioning and height, I accidentally knocked into it several times during my stay, which was quite painful. I feel this could potentially be a safety hazard, especially for taller guests, and it may be worth reviewing its placement or adding some form of protection.. (see photo) The breakfast selection was decent; however, the dining area could be improved. Some of the PVC table mats appeared old and dirty, and finding hair on a chair was off- putting, especially during breakfast. Greater attention to cleanliness and the condition of the dining furniture would make the experience more pleasant. (see photo) The hotel’s location was also a concern, as it was not particularly convenient for accessing key areas. Unlike hotels located closer to major attractions and facilities, getting around often required using Grab, which added extra time and expense to the stay. I hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively, as there is definitely potential for an even better stay with some improvements. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, and I appreciate the hospitality from the team.
