    One of the two tubs outside should be 38 degrees. They’re both too hot. And they need to repair all the slippery tiles inside , instead of putting up signs. I almost died slipping. I’m too old for that. BTW this hotel has THE BEST CHEFS of all the ryokan hotels we’ve enjoyed. The steak. Omg. 😋 Also, this hotel needs to build a small cafe with a proper barrista. It wants foreign business but its coffee is horrible. We had to go to the birch cafe in the MILIONE hotel down the street to get a proper coffee. Otherwise, the harpist, the staff, the restaurant team, SO very friendly and helpful. Josankei is great at night. They light up the temples. Awesome. Say hi to Yukiko at the front desk. 上手英語を話せる

    去酒店途中碰到了一些小插曲，走投无路情况下联系了酒店的前台，幸好是 hanmei 接的，帮我处理好了，非常感激，酒店设施也非常新，餐品也非常不错，就是没有可惜预约的独立私汤比较可惜，不过去的晚等于包场了。

    If you are looking for onsen hotel with great facilities and great customer services, look no further. My last trip to this hotel was nothing short of great memories. We had booked a free shuttle bus to the hotel. Even though my flight previously was late arrival to Sapporo and the booked shuttle bus was not able to pick us up on time, the hotel communicate with us and was able to arrange the next bus to bring us to the hotel. We are awarded free food and free trip to the annual lighting festival nearby. The room was neat, very clean and fully equipped, I am very happy about it. And food for breakfast was absolute delicious. Washoku was free flow and the seafood are fresh. Then onsen facilities was top notch, with spa included and massage. Highly highly recommended this place. Although 1 small downside was the fact that they do not have private onsen bath as it only has public onsen bath. Though not much an issue for me but I do prefer to have my own private onsen bath. For checkout, the staff was kind enough to assist us on our luggages and move to the free shuttle bus for departure back to Sapporo. Overall, very satisfy with the services and facilities. Highly recommended for any travellers looking for onsen hotel in the Jozankei area.
