I loved the communication. I was helped at all hours of the night my flight got delayed and I arrived way after check in time and they accommodated me. Whenever I needed anything they got to it right away. The place was nice and cozy and I was able to let my kids play outside and they were very happy with the pool. It was an excellent stay HOWEVER the area is very scary when you drive AT NIGHT. It’s like a mountain vibe during the day not scary at all but at night time when you’re driving it’s like a horror movie (If you scare easily) 😂. I will be looking forward to staying with them again next year.

The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process.

The room was ok, well no always you haven'th hot water was the only problem,the front desk was very nice always try to help in everything you need, cable and internet no good and the deposit never come back and any explanation why.
