    Very Comfortable bed and quiet room. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. There was a little confusion during check in regarding my payment already made and I would say the cleaning could be better. The shower box wasn’t that clean and there were hairs on one of the towels.

    We stayed two nights at the hotel. First night, we tried to use the shower, and it was broken and there was no hot water, we have tried contacting the staff through the phone, and no answer (the phone was also broken). Next morning I went to the staff and asked them to repair as I was going to stay one more night, they guaranteed me that either they fixed or either I would change rooms. I arrived at night and they told me that it was fixed, what a lie! The same problems were still there. Not even the basic they were able to provide to their guests: HOT WATER. After all this stress, they finally provided a new room, only after three complaints. Horrible hospitality experience.
