    We love our stay in Voco most of the places we wish to visit in Melbourne can be reach by walking for few minutes only. You have a lot of choices where to eat 24/7 because restos are just around the corner. Grocery and mall shopping are only across the street.

    The location is absolutely wonderful - it’s in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go (5 mins from the State Library, near great food spots, lots of good coffee around, 10 mins walk from Victoria Market,etc) AND it’s a stone throw away from the city trams. If you find it hard to find,just look for “Omi 380” or “Jom” as they are the restaurants at the hotel’s ground floor. As to the state of the room, our room was tiny but has the essentials. It was clean; however, you can see points that needed renovations - the wall paint are peeling,old stains on the carpet, scratches on the door and walls,coffee machine with coffee stains and a lot of loose and scratched parts. Daily cleaning is ok but the room itself feels old and dated. The water pressure is good and nothing to worry about. Also,when you’re using the elevator,MAKE SURE THAT YOU CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL by the pad before you enter an elevator. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELECT A FLOOR ONCE YOURE IN THE ELEVATOR.
