My experience at the Ramses Spa and Resort Hotel was nothing very good. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, even fixed the air con (it was working, just it was not straightforward to put it on).
My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable bed.

Hotel is lovely the staff are amazing cant thank everyone enough. Only negative i have is theres no plates or anything to cook with in the room just an empty kitchen. An the pool area could do with a little clean. Other than that it was really good. Close to the shops an bars. The bus comes right outside the hotel an tbe food is lovely. Drinks are a reasonable price so was the food. Staff are always happy to help you 😊 felt like a home from home
