This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. Staff was indeed very kind and professional (we left at 6.30 am and they were nice enough to make some breakfast one hour in advance); although it was not mentioned (I thought parking was free), by paying 15 Euros per night you even get a valet (Massimo or Matteo, very nice guys) and your own parking space. Seaside is 1 min walk, and the lido in front of the hotel rents boats which was a bonus (approx. 100-150 Euros plus fuel for one equipped with a MERCURY FourStroke 40 EFI 3 cyl. to keep the whole day). Ideal to visit Arco Magno and Isola di Dino to say the least, the brave can go towards Maratea also.
