I stayed at this hotel between 10 and 12 April. I quite enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the fruits were fresh. I had smoothie, toast, egg and sausage. The location was quite good and I managed to walk from the hotel to the old town (Plaza Vieja) using Google map. It was safe. The towel was clean and the air conditioning at the room was strong. I had to switch it off and slept with the open window. The hotel staff members were friendly and swiftly responsive to answer my queries before I arrived such as how much for a taxi from the airport. I provided them my expected check in time. They gave me their mobile no just in case if I might have any issue with the taxi driver on the way to the hotel. There was no cup or soap/shampoo at the toilet. I was okay as I brought my own stuff and didn't ask the hotel staff. I knew they would help if I asked. In review of the price I paid, I was happy and satisfied with my stay.
