We arrived late at night due to a flight delay and it was difficult to find. Reception at the hotel had closed but a quick phone call resulted in a very helpful night manager coming to our aid.
The internet was not working and from the look of the notice about this at reception had not done so for some time. The credit card machine was not working either.

Very nice staf, we were able to checkin after the checkin times, good breakfast and room very clean.
