    We had initially booked a Sky Suite through Agoda on 17 August for our stay on 18 August, and we had received a booking confirmation. However, when we arrived at the hotel at night on 18 August for check-in, the staff informed us that our booking was not showing in their system. They said that they had received the booking, but it was not reflecting in their system. After some time, they offered us a very dark room, even though our booking was for an Executive Room. Later, they downgraded another customer to the dark room and arranged an Executive Room for us. Unfortunately, after checking into the room, we found that it did not have a proper window or adequate ventilation. There was also no toilet paper, no basic bathroom essentials, and no kettle. Considering the room category we had booked and the amount we paid, this was extremely disappointing. We immediately highlighted these issues to the hotel staff, which led to some confusion and inconvenience. We also tried to contact Agoda regarding the issue, but their complaint process was very lengthy, and given the situation, we eventually decided to stay at the hotel. We are regular visitors to this property, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The service we received this time was extremely poor, especially considering the high charges. Overall, we are very unhappy with the service and the experience. We expected much better service and facilities, especially as regular guests. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues appropriately.
