Friendly staff. Room clean & comfy. Would have liked an iron & board in room. Did not go into pool because busy with familyevents, but checked out the area- clean & quiet. I would have used if not busy with family events. Would stay again

Everything was good, definitely stay there again , no question.

Small room but had everything I needed. Clean and well-kept. My only complaint was that the bed was way too soft in a bad way, hard to get comfortable.Parking lot had plenty of spots and looked newly repaved and painted. Pool area was well lit and in great condition. Used the gym, only some weights, a treadmill and elliptical but it was in good condition and got the job done. Would stay again.

I have done this review earlier on 12/14 morning but please replace with this one. The toilet plugged in the morning, and we reported by phone to the office right away before we took off for breakfast, was told they would send someone to fix it right away. After our breakfast, we went back the room and found out it was not fixed, and thinking they probably delayed a little since it’s a rainy day, and we need to hurry to meet family and rather going to our family’s house to use their bathroom. After the whole day, we came back after dinner around 8:10pm, the plugged toilet was still not fixed. That’s no excuse, and we were pretty upset and didn’t know why and wondered how can we stay in the room with the plugged and dirty toilet… then my husband went to the office, luckily they sent someone over and got it fixed, at least eased our worries… With this reason, we strongly felt that we had to change the morning review with excellent to overall with ONE star. Well I would still like to keep the checking office staff with 5 star when we checked in on 11/13/25 by providing us a quiet room away from the freeway and busy road.

Great price, newly renovated and exceptionally clean room. Even though I arrived well before the stated check in time, the staff helped find an available room so I could get ready for a 3pm wedding. Really appreciated that effort.

Pros: short drive to Disneyland, reasonable price, decent room. Cons: swimming pool was too cold to use, we were there three days with no fresh towels ever brought in, room wasn’t ready when we checked in (but they did do their best to hurry it along) Despite the issues, the front desk, staff was friendly and helpful. If you just need a basic place to stay, I would still recommend.

Its ok for what it is. Room is very small. Low rating due to how hot and humid it gets in the room, and there is no option to open a window. Even though there is AC, the room still got humid and stuffy.

Very nice and remodeled hotel it was very cute and clean the price was in the price ranges we wanted for a quick one nighter thanks 👍
