Really great staff, a game to play on check-in (I won a shot!), room had coffee maker with coffee bags, large fridge and microwave. Bathroom was pretty boring but other than that it had everything you could want. Location was a bit out in the sticks and a 10 min walk to the bus stop. But other than that it was brilliant.

Hi, Before my booking I paid all the taxes and city tax but when I checked in 15th of August I get charged 83.50 euro tax and city tax. The receptionist told me if I am on paying this amount I will not able to check in the hotel. It’s quite heartbreaking for myself, I could not understand that hidden cost for which purpose I have been charged for??? I will be very happy if I got refund this amount as soon as possible. The room was small and a bit dated. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, so it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep. It’s okay for a one-night stay. On the plus side, there was a microwave, and the staff were friendly.

The photos on this property does not do justice to its level of horribleness. The asking price is far from what is being offered—it’s overly priced! No A/C in 23 degree weather with no airflow created a smelly sauna from their room. And there is no response from their management with inadequate staff at the property. I advise against this choice.

The room had a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn’t feel safe due to lingering people outside. There was also a lot of noise coming out of rooms.

Very good for the price! Not too far from the Centraal Station. Supermarket right next door. The room included a small kitchen with a coofee machine, fridge and microwave. Sourrounding is not the nicest but okay for a short stay. Very friendly staff and you got free goodies when checking in. I would recommend for a short uncomplicated trip!

We stayed the weekend with our grandchildren and had a great stay. A warm welcome on Saturday with full attention for our grand children. A nice room (family room 4 persons) on the Royal floor and a great breakfast the next morning. All staff spoken were very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward for our next stay!

Such lovely staff, we were greeted by a friendly face and great service. The hotel is well situated for a walk or short bus ride into the city. There are games and entertainment in the foyer downstairs and there is a great atmosphere. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks. All in all it was very good value for money.

The family room had space and it was comfortable enough. The real downside was the lack of ability to control the room temperature and the lack of any additional blankets or quilts as the room was a bit on the cold side. There are games and activities available so children (and adults) are entertained. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I did not like anything. It is to expensive for what you get. Dirty rooms and mold in both the bathrooms. 1 of our 2 rooms smelled like smoke the other was OK.

A microwave was also provided but we ate dinner at the Veggiesaurus Indian restaurant within the same building (it was fabulous) so we didn’t use that. It’s on a busy road that’s not so easy to walk from, but there was a good bus service to the door from Centra Station. Staff were super kind and helpful! We would come back.

Nice looking place with self-catering studios. However, kitchens don't have knives, glasses, bowls or anything to cook with, it's effectively just a microwave and a coffee maker. The interior is shabby, with broken door hinges, leaky showers and walls that need more than a coat of paint. This hotel is really past its "use by" date.

We were on the 8th floor and it was nicer than other floors that still had carpeting. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the parking place. Staff was nice

Do not stay at this hotel, if you can avoid it. Good things: staff was friendly. Bad things: Shabby building in poor repair. Windows screwed shut, with no air conditioning, on sunny side of building; room was unbearably hot and stuffy! No ability sleep or even relax in the room. Tea towel was dirty and stained from.previous guests. Bed linens stained. Shower overflowed onnfirst use; had to remove massive hair clog from drain to make it functional. Coffeemaker made terrible coffee. Free coffee at front desk (1/day), but staff one morning were unable to operate equipment. Batteries died in remote control; front desk staff unable to provide replacement (until next shift started following day) "Kitchen" in room was sparsely stocked (no bowls, glasses); microwave dirty Hotel is on a busy, dirty highway but is nonetheless 15 minutes walk from any usable transit into town. Only McDonalds nearby.

Negative things: -The floor was dusty especially under the bed. -The room has a big creepy painting on the wall which the kids didn't like at all and feel scared of. And the other thing that let me disappointed was that in the morning around 10 when we wanted to play the table soccer near the reception and I asked for the ball, the receptionist said that we need to wait until 12 because the other staff was busy with the breakfast. I mean, it has nothing to do with the staff, the receptionist could just lend us the ball and we can play by ourselves. No need to have the staff supervised or anything. It's just disappointing.
