    The Room is huge and clean. The Buffet breakfast is good. Most of all the location is in the heart of D Mall Boracay.

    Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay had its good moments, but the room booking issue was a major disappointment. We booked and paid for a two-bedroom accommodation through Agoda, only to find out that the room assigned to us was a king bedroom instead. What made the situation more frustrating was that we were informed about the room mismatch quite late, causing unnecessary stress during a vacation that was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable. Considering the significant amount we paid, we expected to receive the room type we specifically booked. We are still waiting for the refund, and we hope the compensation will fairly reflect the difference in price between the accommodation we paid for and the one we actually received. It was disappointing to have to deal with this issue during our vacation instead of simply enjoying our time together as a family. We hope Agoda and the hotel improve their coordination and communication to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation. While there were positive aspects to our stay, this booking issue affected our overall experience and value for money.

    The room was excellent and very clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the staff could improve significantly in terms of customer service and initiative. Communication was confusing, and even though staff were stationed at the front desk, they seemed reluctant to assist guests in booking transportation. Unlike other hotels, they did not proactively help arrange rides or provide a list of local tour operators and transportation services. Some breakfast staff also appeared unfriendly. Overall, the hotel has great rooms, but the staff need to be more accommodating, proactive, and guest-oriented to provide a better hospitality experience.
