    Excellent hotel for most part. The rooms are large and 4 star+. Nice views as well. Breakfast is good for Asians but for Western clients not great. Overal I really enjoyed this hotel! Highly recommended!

    We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Lili during our boys trip. The staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop bar — great atmosphere, great views, and an awesome place to unwind in the evening. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service and plenty of space to relax. We’d happily stay here again.

    Location is far from anything, so you need definitely a car. Communication with the front staff was a little confusing, which let us assume we had dinner included and we ended up one night without food, too late and too tired to find anything anymore. With 3 young children, that was not really the best. They offered nothing and wanted us to pay around 700 x 4 (including 3 and 4 year old). We got an "upgrade" which we did not want (and which was not really an upgrade). Basically just a different view, but it had really zero meaning. The rooms were advertised at the same rate anyways. Facilities are overrated, we had better experiences here in Taiwan for less. The shower was broken. No shower gel, only shampoo left. Breakfast and restaurant staff were very kind and supportive all the time. There are plenty of better options available, especially when considering the location and price.
