    Super spacious and complete! The hair dryer is to be requested pa pero other than that, everything is there ❤️ but 1 thing we didn’t not like was the distinct “dog smell” in the master’s bedroom. More like a dog’s pee? It was super strong and very bothering whenever we try to sleep.

    We booked La Bella Hotel because of its famous Santorini-inspired vibes and beautiful pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the main pool was under renovation. We were directed to another pool, but when we got there, we were told that it was also being cleaned pa. It was really disappointing because we were looking forward to enjoying the hotel amenities, but we ended up spending almost our entire stay inside the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the room as much either. The TV did not have Netflix or YouTube, unlike what we saw from a TikTok influencer. The room appeared to be the same type, so we expected to have the same amenities. We were quite disappointed to find out that they were not available. Also, if you don’t have your own car, getting to the hotel can be quite inconvenient. If you plan to go out, the area can also feel quite scary at night because there are very few street lights. We came all the way from Pampanga and intentionally planned our stay without another itinerary because we wanted to relax and fully explore and enjoy the hotel. Sadly, because of the pool situation and the limited amenities, this ended up being one of our most disappointing hotel stays. We hope the management can improve the guest experience and provide proper updates regarding renovations and available facilities before guests book.
