    Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed by the cleanliness and level of service during our stay. Specifically, we observed significant hygiene concerns: dogs were permitted onto chairs and tables to consume leftover food and lick plates, creating an unsanitary dining environment. Additionally, we had to request drinking water three separate times throughout our meal, but it was never provided. Given these issues, our experience fell well below expectations. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that service attentive standards and health protocols can be reviewed and properly enforced.

    The hotel has so much potential, but sadly, it needs more upkeep and attention to detail. The property feels dated, and several areas could use some maintenance. The air conditioning units all displayed error messages and need to be checked. One of the remotes wasn't working either, so we had to use a single remote for all three units. Other issues included rusty curtain rods, thin curtains, and visible stains on the sink, linens, bathroom tiles, and shower head. There was also mould in some areas, which was concerning. Overall, the hotel could be a much better place to stay with proper maintenance and more attention to cleanliness. It's disappointing because the property has potential, but these issues affected the overall experience.
