Very convenient location. Charming old building had some quirks, but also character. My balcony had a view of Mount Ararat. The shining star was the service. First, my bus was cancelled. Instead of taking advantage of me, like another Turkish hotel did earlier in my trip, the hotel kindly shifted the reservation by one day when I showed screenshots proving the bus company caused the problem. There were a few other kindnesses during my stay, the staff were always attentive and eager to help. In fact, I extended my stay from 2 nights to 4 because it was so comfortable and good value
