    Poor service. No bathroom door mats, no towels provided. Despite of reminding manager in day shift multiple times, it was not provided. Attitude is such as if we are staying in free. Need to improve service. Small claustrophobic room provided with no proper ventilation

    My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The bed sheets were extremely dirty, the toilets were not clean, and the water taps in the bathroom were broken. There was no basic cleanliness or maintenance. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.

    Not a hotel to stay with family. Issues started with checkin, AC not working in the assigned room. Had to wait and change. 2 hours wasted. Next room had insects (cockroaches on bed) had to wait for 1 hour to get the room changed. Next room had no water since morning. Had to wait 3 hours and then move to another room for bathing. Imagine you doing it with family with 1 child and 1 infant. And if you lose patience, get to hear that 'ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi, hotel khareed thodi liya apne'.

    Room 202 had water leak from the toilet and the sink faucet was broken and totally loose. When it couldn’t be fixed, the front desk finally agreed to put us in a different room the evening of 25th February . There was no hot water the evening of 26th February in the replacement room 204. Wi-Fi was working only intermittently and was quite weak.
