    Staff is friendly . Everything was great. After checking out , we were still allowed to use the kids’ facilities until 4 PM, and the children had a great time. The only downside was that the welcome hot tea was really too sweet.

    As a resort , the atmosphere is not relaxing at all. We have only one and half hour to have breakfast. The seats are not fully occupied, the staff still ask us to go even we haven’t finished our meal. The staff seems lack of training for 5 star hotels service. Very disappointed.
