It seems like the price is high for what you are getting. The location is beautiful by the ocean and within walking distance of the Bluff ocean trail. However, we were expecting a little bit more luxury. There was no unique character or coziness to the place you would expect of a boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable. The room was rather small, although it was over looking the ocean.

One of a kind experience staying right in front of the water in a boutique hotel. We watched the starry sky and sunrise as well as the hospitality from the staff and owner. We were also lucky enough to enjoy some amazing Bluff oysters jext door and the quality was amazing! The owner Andy is very chatty and accommodating which makes the stay more memorable!

Check in was easy Samatha was very attentive.
Breakfast was nice, with cooked eggs to your liking. Great location with fabulous views.
Maybe the only improvement could be better mattresses.

Beautiful spot, closest you can stay to the absolute furthers point of SH1. Lovely to sit and admire the water from the roomside and continental breakfast was lovely, despite a complaining review saying the eggs were no good, our poached eggs were perfect.
