Excellent hotel with great service. We had a room with a private pool. It was great. The breakfast was also very generous. Tsivili is however a very touristic area. You miss the Greek authenticity…

I felt so safe here and after a long flight the room was quiet and dark for a good night sleep. The only issue is finding exchange for American $ and the tax fee needs to be paid in cash. The hotel was extremely accomodating with helping me. I ate Dinner here and the complimentary breakfast in AM was incredible!

The wifi never worked properly in our 4 night stay. There were a few water outages during our stay and the staff never communicated clearly about them. We also reported a leak in the ceiling but never heard about a resolution or fix.
The location is very convenient and all other amenities worked as expected (including the A/C which was a must during the heatwave). It's a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, and many restaurants.
