It’s such a clean and cozy hotel. Great hotel. Room was spacious and shower was good. Amenities in the room are complete with free bottled water, kettle and tea making facilities.Supper welcoming and staff are very friendly and polite.Thanks for everything.

Selected this room with on-site restaurant & bar, wi-fi, laundry facility, and free breakfast. Restaurant was closed. Bar was closed. They do not have wi-fi. They have hotspot with unsecured network so we could not use our computer. They do NOT have a laundry facility. They had no breakfast. The shower leaks all over the floor and the toilet lid keeps falling as you are using it. As we were trying to leave they told us we owed more money despite us paying through hotels.com. All we got was an overpriced room. Very disappointed.

This was our first day in Germany, we had a long drive from the airport and arrived tired, sweaty and hungry, the hotel wasn't open yet, but we were sitting on the bench across the way and I saw a young man who worked there going up with some groceries, I asked him when we could check in and he said 5, then he noticed us sitting on the bench looking very tired and came out with a room key and invited us in, we went up I took a nice shower, got on some clean clothes, we went downstairs into the restaurant area set up out laptops on the wifi with the help of the waitress, set up shop down there while we were served great food and drink, I caught up on work while my daughter played roblox. The schnitzel was amazing. They have free breakfast too with nice European coffee. Nice clean rooms and was a great place to stay, the next morning we went to Europa park which was about 10 minutes away.
