We loved the inn at Aspen. They checked us in early & it was close to the main downtown Aspen. We had already booked hotel for the main stay & we came 1 night early in case of weather. We booked the inn at Aspen because of the low rate for the area & honestly next time we come back. We’ll definitely stay at this hotel longer than 1 night. Loved it.

Room was spacious and very clean, staff was super friendly and courteous. Loved the courtesy shuttle that picks you up from the airport and also will take you into town. I did not realize this was a ski in and out hotel. Definitely want to come back when there is snow. Loved Aspen and will return. Also free coffee and hot cocoa. I would definitely recommend this hotel..Very nice lobby..

BBQ restaurant in lobby was very good. Front desk staff was helpful. Free shuttle to downtown Aspen a nice surprise and it was efficient.

Clean & comfortable hotel, especially the bed & pillows. A good sized room with a kitchen area with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave & plates, silverware, etc. The on-site BBQ restaurant was delicious and quick service. For skiers, ski in/ski out with lockers would be great. Although not walkable to downtown, the hotel shuttle runs till 10:30 pm. The pool/hot tub area is going under a complete renovation this winter & will surely be fantastic when finished. Construction did not annoy me as it has to be done & I was out discovering the town during the day when work was going on. The room could use a little bit updating, but overall a great stay.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this hotel we weren’t expecting much but the service the staff were hands-down, a 5+ rated. They went above and beyond and providing amazing service.. The coffee was an added bonus.

Room was great until we looked out the patio door and found an eight foot construction fence and heavy equipment literally a foot from the door, blocking light, views and the ability to sit outside our room. The front desk told us the pool and hot tub was under renovation, but not that it was a major job site. It would have been nice to know before with booked.

The hotel was under construction and I don’t think they gave sufficient warning that a construction worker could be on your balcony at 9am. I complained and recommended they put notes IN the room on tip of giving a vague notice at checkin. It’s very convenient for food & wine though

This resort feels very new and clean. It is right on the ski slope, with ski lockers designated for each room. The bar is great. The staff are helpful. The rooms are spacious and have more kitchen amenities than expected.

Comfortable accommodations just outside downtown Aspen. Hotel offers free shuttle service. The staff was both helpful and friendly. Pool and spa were being renovated so the parking lot was a bit of a mess.

Hotel under construction (kinda loud). You can hear the next room conversation and people passing by in the hallway, some staff are kinda snobbish. Amenities is good, clean, coffee available all the time, lockers available, safe, available dining

Hotel is at Buttermilk/Tiehack area outside Aspen but has a convenient shuttle to and from town with helpful drivers. It is being renovated (needs to be) with scaffolding covering entire hotel and construction all day long. It is supposed to be ready by winter.

You will be spending the night in a construction zone. The building is undergoing significant work including buckets set up within interior hallways to capture water flowing from the ceiling. More than half of the building is enveloped in scaffolding and the parking lot is the staging area for the materials which start at 6am through 7-8pm. Once construction starts at 8am, you will need to put up with hammering and drilling until 5pm. No amenities were available. hotel should not be open during this time and was appalled that it was and still charging such high fees. I would not have booked this many months ago had I known it was an ongoing construction project.

Inn was outside of downtown Aspen and traffic made it hard to get to in timely manner. Shuttle was helpful, but limited in terms of what we could do. Our view was awful …overlooking construction. It was loud at night with kids running through the halls and upstairs thumping on the floor.

The Inn at Aspen is over priced. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. The Inn has been renovated however it does not warrant a $400 a night stay. The bathrooms are so small it was hard to maneuver. I am small in stature & could barely maneuver. The room was clean yet the room showed how how old the building really is. Had I known, I would've stayed outside of Aspen by a few miles or upgraded to another place for a better experience.

The Inn at Aspen is a very well run establishment. The new transport app is a very nice addition to an already impressive suite. Made it very easy to move around town. The food at the in-house BBQ joint was also very good. Happy with the stay.

The WHOLE hotel is under construction. There was no patio just a wood sheet placed against our door so we could not walk out. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. Loud construction during the day. I would have NEVER stayed here if I knew this was going on. Terrible way to try and spend a vacation!!

The room was clean and comfy, the staff were so helpful, and the coffee bar was much appreciated. The shuttle was convenient and got us where we needed to go. Only downside was construction view and the pool being closed, but that didn’t really impact our itinerary.

Shuttle service to/from Aspen was excellent, makes it easy to stay out of downtown. Significant renovation underway, which was not disclosed when I reserved. That’s why price was more reasonable. No restaurant for breakfast, but there is a good expression machine.

The hotel is very nice. It is clean and the rooms are good size. The down side is there are current renovations going on and the pool and hot tub are closed. It does not say that anywhere and we did not receive an email. The website says theres renovations, but nothing about the pool area. Also, the balcony on the rooms is closed off. We werent told until check in. It was why we chose this hotel
