We used the hotel as a base camp to go to Detroit Tiger game as well as it being a central point to where friends of ours were.
It is a well maintained historic hotel which has more of a bed and breakfast vibe. But, it also has a decent pool too, so best of both worlds while being fairly priced with an excellent breakfast included.
