Excellent staff from the moment we arrived - friendly & helpful. Nice bar and fabulous breakfast in sister hotel (connected). Room was fine - a bit small but effective air con. Bathroom (shower especially) too small - with poor drainage and nasty plastic shower curtain that kept getting stuck to body when showering in such a tight space. Most annoying though were noisy guests - one drunk banged on our door at 3am and there were a group of silly lads acting like they’d been let out of school early - whooping down corridors, shouting up stairwell. So not the greatest sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It definitely deserves more than its official 2-star rating. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. The location is perfect – close to both city beaches and only a 10-minute walk from the port and the Old Town. Everything was within easy reach. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

The room, facilities and value for money were great. However there were a few things that need correction. No pool towels? How do international people enjoy the pool facility if they do not provide pool towels or you are not permitted to use room towels. Other guests placing towels over lounge chairs to reserve them before breakfast restricting others from using them. This is poor form and the hotel should not allow this! Breakfast options looked fantastic but all the hot food was cold. Our arrival through no fault of the hotel was one day late ( ferry cancelled due to weather) missed breakfast and facility use etc. would have been nice to have received a coffee voucher or some gesture from the hotel as they were aware that we would also be checking out early the next day to catch flights and would not be receiving breakfast which was part of our deal. Small gestures go along way to build relationships with clients. Disappointed would not book this hotel again.

A basic hotel with very basic facilities. Old room little bit tight with ugly view in busy touristic neighbourhood. Positive the good aircondition and a mini fridge although come empty with not even a bottle of water. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet has many options. Pool is tiny.
