    A paradise in the city

    It was a memorable stay. Celebrated our wedding anniversary at the resort. Our room had a nice view of the pool and the beach. Our room was one of their newly renovated ones and unlike other renovated/refreshed rooms from other hotels there’s not a certain scent of an old room noticeable. Bed was very comfortable and our kids liked the bunk beds. They were all helpful with the surprise my husband (owner of this agoda acct lol) prepared for me. He said that they were easy to give instructions and very accommodating with his request. Management and staff were all very nice and pleasurable people. I also would like to mention when we had our breakfast, our room came with 2 bfast meals only and had to order for the kids. We ordered extra 1 meal for them to share because they can’t finish one. Without even getting request from us, they automatically placed two extra plates for the kids and since the meal came only with 1 drink, they also gave 2 kiddie glass for them and have them filled with their drinks. There was no need for instructions from us. The restaurant staff (I forgot his name) was very attentive. If it were from other place, we’d have to request everything first, no initiative from the servers. Really a good value for the price. Their swimming pools are well maintained. And one of the reasons why we chose EGI because they have kiddie pools. Kids can enjoy swimming without the fear of not feeling the floor since it’s only 2ft. It was a lovely stay! Thank you EGI .. definitely will be visiting again.
