We loved this hotel! Big, comfy, and beautiful room with nice staff and close to the train station and old town. Although the hotel doesn’t have the elevator, the kind staff helped us with our luggage. The only problems with the hotel were no fridge or access to cold water and no staff after 7pm! We should check our wallet to make sure to take our room key in the afternoon! If anything happens after 7pm, nobody can help you!

I really loved this property. I am 75 years old and was a Solo traveler for two nights in Tours. Its proximity to the train station was perfect and the staff were cordial and very informative. I would stay here again and heartbeat and would recommend it unconditionally. It didn't have a lift so I asked for a room on the first or second floor and that accommodation was made for me. My sister and brother-in-law will be visiting in the spring and I will absolutely recommend Hotel Ronsard and the wonderful people who work there.

Great location for this small hotel. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, who we arranged discounted parking with a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had continental breakfast both mornings (€12 per person per day) which had a good selection of fruit, cheese & ham, croissants and cakes. Room was clean and a reasonable size for a 2 night stay. Quaint little place in the best part of Tours, which we loved. Walkable downtown with a metro line and many streets without vehicles. Friendly staff, small bit comfortable rooms, tiny shower but it works well. We would definitely stay here again. No elevator though.

This property was perfect for us and the location is great. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast very nice. Close to the old city and cathedral and near to the train and many excellent restaurants. There is no elevator and the WiFi wasn't very strong in our room which was relatively small. Bed very comfortable. The building is old ( like most things in Tours) but well maintained. It is a very nice and very affordable place to stay in an excellent location.
