Didn't want breakfast but had coffee and croissant for 3euro. Accommodation basic but ultra clean and being on the sixth floor afforded an excellent view of the surrounding area.

Hotel is slightly further out, but! Bus from village of Bettembourg is only a 20 minute walk and the village is lovely. Uber is around €30 one way so very affordable as a group, there is a shop on site that also serve hot food.

The hotel was clean and tidy enough but the room we had was so tiny .. the shower and hand sink are in the room with the bed and it's a tight squeeze for two people plus luggage. Luckily we were only there for one night. This is not a hotel for more than a quick stopover.

I have been already in multiple ibis budget, so I know what to expect. The hotel is fine, the rooms are very practical, with the basics for a stay. The only thing worth mentioning here is that the transport was quite limited, in particular on Sundays and public holidays, and on top you need to walk 15-20 mins to the bus stop. I would not recommend the hotel if you are carrying luggage and relying on public transport. If you come by car, I think it is a good option. It'd be nice if there was some option to have a shuttle to bring people to the bus stop. I know it is an additional cost, but it'd be a great added value. Other than that, the hotel is fine 🙂

The property itself and the staff were pretty solid. The only area that I could see a possible need for improvement would be location. Now, I know they can’t move the hotel to the city center, but perhaps a shuttle service to the local bus stop. The fact is that once you get to the bus stop in Livage, it is pretty easy to get into Luxembourg… takes no more than 30 minutes by bus.

It is a long way from Luxembourg central if you have luggage. It is close to Bettembourg station and buses are free. A2km walk from that station. However. There is nothing in the area for travellers.

The sink is in the middle of the room and was stinking. The smell could best be described as stool mixed with dry piss. We could not sleep all night. This hotel was supposed to be our resting spot on the way to Holland but we couldn’t get neither rest nor sleep.

My room was clean and ready by the time I checked-in. The surrounding area is quiet, so you'll have no disturbance whatsoever. However, if you do not have a rental car and need to get into the city, the two options are either to rent a car or take the public transit (which is free). It takes at least 40 minutes to get from the hotel to the central train station by bus.

I saw 4 rooms upon check-in, all had black mold around the silicon in the showers. Extremely unhealthy and toxic. When asked for a refund, they told me to go through hotels.com. Hotels.com was "unable to get in touch with the Manager after multiple attemtps" and therefore asked for my understanding in not being able to process the refund. I couldn't stay there overnight as my symptoms were immediate upon entering the room due to the large quantities of the black mold.
