    Beautiful place, nice pool, good breakfast. They charge 25dollar for parking which makes no sense to me in that area. Other than that, all good, no complaints.

    We returned to Naples after a great stay the previous year. This time we decided to book at Hyatt House, which was supposed to be one of the best hotels in Naples. The year before we stayed at a less pretentious hotel, which is located directly across the waterway and that hotel was ten times better. First, we booked a room with a view. Our "view" was the neighbor's balcony and in order to have any type of view you have to go in the corner of the room and have a glimpse of the pool area. ZERO privacy, with the neighboring balcony just 5 feet away from our window. Secondly, the air conditioning was malfunctioning and very loud. It would simply not stop, even after turning it OFF. A technician was sent to fix the AC and after we were promised to have it fixed, we returned to the room after dinner, found a note in the room from the technician saying "the AC is fixed"... though nothing was fixed. After calling the reception, we were told that the only thing they can do for us is to give us extra blankets because our room was freezing cold and the AC won't turn off. Then we were offered to have the AC turned off from the electrical panel and have a fan provided. How ridiculous. Additionaly,some of the electric outlets are broken. In the morning, we did not care for the complementary breakfast, as we were meeting with friends in the town, we only wanted a cup of coffee. We were there at 10:15 am, but there was only decaff coffee available. When we asked the staff if we can get regular coffee we were told that when the coffee runs out, it's out. Mind that the complementary breakfast and coffee stations are set until 11am. It felt like we were at a motel in a remote 3rd world country. Bottled Water in the room, not provided. Complementary water bottles are for certain Hyatt memberships only. What?? Even in the one stars hotels you will find at least one small bottle of water in the room.
