Had a really nice stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Went to the red grill for breakfast and it was awesome. My mom loves swimming so we were up at 6 am and had the pool to ourselves for at least an hour. There was always fresh towels and it's very clean. The rooms are clean and our room was back in order by the time we got back from exploring. My only complaint is I'm used to a former mattress and I found it soft.

The location of this hotel is well situated in downtown and provides easy walkable access to the waterfront and lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms can be described as cozy (we had 2 queen beds) so there wasn't a ton of room to move around but we were only there for 1 night and it worked fine for us. The room is equipped with a fridge and coffee supplies, which we appreciated. The valet parking is convenient albeit for $20. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and that makes all the difference. It is clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view. The reception area could be more beautiful, but for the rest: excellent stay.
