    love the design, despite small room, which is not an issue, comes with a balcony, location is great, overall this hotel is very charming

    Siti & Man gave us the best service before and during our stat at dloft. This is the hotel that i would go back again and again to stay not because of the price but because of the hospitality given by the staff. The location is great, the room is very clean. Despite its 3 star hotel because of the amenities but the service is not less than a 5 star hotel service given by the staff.

    Bed sheets and pillow case has stains. There is hair on the floor especially bathroom. And power trips middle of the night. What an unlucky stay for me
