Thank you for the wonderful week staying at your hotel. We have so many positives from our stay and as a family with young adults this truly allowed us all to be comfortably accommodated with plenty of spaces to spread out. The living and dining area easily provided separate places to congregate. Having washing and drying facilities in the apartment made life easy. Being an active family we loved the location where we could get to and from our days activities easily by walking five minutes downtown or public transport to visit other city locations. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from and local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Car parking is available on site. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A quick jog in the morning loop on the waterfront was a treat also. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Adina Britomart is in a great location and makes it easy to explore the city. However, the rooms are starting to feel a bit dated. Housekeeping isn’t provided daily, and the shared laundry is extremely small, more like a cabinet than a proper laundry room. The “king” bed was made by pushing two double beds together, which left an uncomfortable gap in the middle. The shower also felt quite outdated, with a fixed wall-mounted showerhead and very low water pressure. Overall, the location is the biggest highlight, but the rooms and amenities could definitely use some updating.

To my surprise what i thought i booked from looking at the website was far different. The room I thought i had booked from the photos was none existent and the room I had been given was no where an option or showen on the website. I stayed there for 4 sleeps and got told from reception at check in that my room doesn’t qualify for house cleaning as I was only staying 3 sleeps I corrected him and said 4 and he brushed it off. On my 2nd night I requested knew towels and my bin to be changed to which a house keeping staff bought in the towels not even folded and made her way through the small space of the room and told me I need to do my own rubbish and I shouldn’t needed knew towels as I was only staying 3 nights. I corrected her and told her my check out day and then she looked at a piece of paper and walked out. 3 sleep I was out just after lunch to my surprise while coming back up to my room my door was wide open. And house cleaning staff were in there, the lady was lovely and just doing her job. But I was taken back by how invasive that was after two other staff members had said I don’t qualify for house cleaning. Very disappointing as what I thought I had paid for and what I got was completely different. It was very small space and no windows had to have the aircon on for air flow or the door open. I had requested parking and it’s was $50 per night which is absolutely ridiculous and to which I got a email before staying that I would only get parking if there were spots available. When I arrived I said to reception I won’t be needing a car park anymore and they had said oh you needed a car park? And looked at his booking. I don’t know if the booking had glitched but everything seemed off. I did go down to reception the next morning and say I wasn’t happy with a few things to which the receptionist apologized and said they would look into it.
