    I really love all inclusive resorts and this one assured why I chose this resort. The resort is massive with plenty to do and plenty pools . The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable: the A/C was to my liking and the shower was hot to my liking . It was a lot of food choices and I almost tried to eat it all and the open bar works for me ; they also provide shuttles to some of the local sites ; overall I give the resort 10/10

    The variety of the food is limited but yet, it is good so you donot actually get tired of it. They just do room service every 3 days and it is not clean enough. They do not answer the phone provided for the reception. There’s a bbq experience included which is nice. You must stay 7 days to get a free entrance to the sushi restaurant. There are free shuttles to the beaches and to the city, extremely on time, it is a good service since the location is a bit uncomfortable. You can take public buses close to the hotel but for most of the tourist places, you have to take 2. You should come from Thursday to Sunday because the activities are not available from Monday to Wednesday. The most welcoming and thoughtful person is the one right in the entrance, he was the one properly explaining to us how everything works, how to move in the city, etc.
