We had a great stay at the flats, everything was very clean, nicely decorated, and in a great area very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very kind and was easy to reach for any questions. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. Did not go to beach. Booked this place for a Christmas lights boat tour. Also had a nice clean pool and saw bikes. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

Quaint newly remodeled resort with prime location on Singer island one block from beach. Quiet and peaceful with bikes and many amenities available for free. Walking distance to restaurants and mini grocery mart. Loved it!
