This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes.
For me, the other all condition of the property was adequate, if you can overlook the minor repair works that were needed, sweet!
I had a villa with a pool, the A/C worked fine & the pool was refreshing to jump into after a long day of adventures.
Breakfast was included in my package, very basic, but enough. At the time i was there, many Indian tourists were too, the kitchen accommodated them by putting on an Indian dish each breakfast.
The staff were wonderful & very friendly!
If you get the chance to have Katut as your driver, you will be in safe hands...
Overall pleasant stay, would definitely stay thrre again.

This villa is very nice you have restaurant. Shopping was nearby. Stop at the property was very helpful.

The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud.
