They put me in an unacceptable room that should have been on hold for maintenence a/c didnt work. Heater was on with beeping noise. Had to open window to try and cool room off. Bathroom was being redone. Carpet dirty. Asked to to changed to different room they said they didnt have any rooms left but parking lot was half empty. Asked for refund so could go somewhere else told they couldnt do that. No discount or free room offered
