It was an easy check in, but luckily it was within their "window" hours. 3p-5p. So not sure how a late check in would work. The bed was great, room was nice. Great view of the rock if on 2nd floor in the middle rooms of the walkway.

Dirty sheets!!!! Not a secure door. No staff were present when I checked in; there was a note on the door with my name indicating my room was ready, so I went to my room. Remote did not work. No decaffeinated pods for coffee.

The property was “fine”, we booked through Expedia, paid for the Delux Patio View King room but placed into a standard Queen. Unfortunately no one at the property was willing to give us a refund of the difference. We reached out to Expedia and they were also 100% unwilling to concede or refund us the difference in the price. So disappointed in the property and Expedia.

Staff was welcoming, and check-in was easy. The hotel is right across from Morro Rock and we had a great view from our room. It is possible to walk to great restuants and Morro Rock from the property. There was plenty of parking avaliable. Room was no thrills but comfortable. It was possible to hear some noise from other rooms- conversations and the murmer of the TV.

The high temp was 61 degrees. There was no heat source in the rooms. We were given a space heater. The rooms were not very clean like stains in carpet, bugs in window jams, and junk stored in closet; nor were the outside areas very pleasant which had spider webs and dead plants all around. Plus: convenient to water front and shopping. I would NOT pay to stay again.

I loves the ease of parking and the location. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Everything, as expected for the area, was older and not kept up as well as it should be. You could hear everything from outside and the rooms nearby, but luckily it's at the end, closer to the water, so there is less noise than other areas may have. The owner was sweet and takes great care of the plants and courtyard area. I love how easy he made late check-in. It is walking distance from food, shopping, and charters for fishing. Unfortunately late at night there were very loud people drinking in the parking lot, and because it's a dog friendly place there was some additional noise from dogs. Overall, I would stay there again if I needed to be in the area, I just wish the amenities were a little better.

We enjoyed our stay overnight. It was very convenient with plenty of parking. Very walkable to restaurants and the pier. They have a cute little patio and lounge area right in front where you can relax and observe all the comings and goings. Our room was on the ground floor next to the amenities/stock room and there were a lot of flies that seemed to have disappeared the next morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was all about the location. Perfect to walk everywhere down the Morro Bay shops and restaurants. I loved that they had a diner available on site. Overall, if you want a nice clean place with an amazing view of Morro Rock, this is the place for you. The price was great!

The ceiling fan was extremely dusty and filthy. What a shame and nasty. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the knobs where not cleaned in a while. And oh my gosh the mattress was horrible not comfortable at all and the bed sheets had a lot hair on them. I was extremely disappointed and I very surprised! I absolutely didn't expect such poor service from this place!
