We had a lovely stay here. While there’s no air con, the fan and having windows opened was enough for us. The food was lovely from breakfast and also the restaurant across the road owned by the hotel. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Our little one really enjoyed the food and the outdoor pool that is heated so it’s not freezing. The location is really good for St Aubins and also to travel by bus to other places as the bus stop is next to hotel.

Always wanted to stay at this hotel.
Nobody on Reception when I arrived, mobile number to ring but then someone appeared. Just handed room key and given breakfast times. Room spacious and very clean. No hotel info in room. Walked 3 floors down again to ask for wifi pw but nobody around. Only saw one server, a chef and a cleaner. Dinner service not available nor any bar snacks. Breakfast selection was good, Continental offered a wide choice and hot food came hot. Dead flies in lampshade in ceiling. Tv not working till I went into settings and changed time and date to this year. Maybe I was just unlucky at this time of year but I expected more from a hotel of this star rating.
