Elite Centre

Location , location , location .. Would not hesitate to re-book elite centre when next visit Rhodes new town .. Fabulous especially if you enjoy being close to shops / bars .. Very nice walk along the sea front for the atmospheric old town too

If you enjoy being surrounded with quality & stylish shops / restaurants & coffee shops . Elite centre is a great choice.

Rigid check in zero flexibility. Had to wait until after the allocated 3pm check in. Receptionist had to personally go across the road to check that the accomodation was ready .. Room was spacious & clean . Shower hose didn't into the holder, so was very awkward to have a hands free shower. The toilet seat was not fitted to the exact size of the basin.. Too small !!

Do not ever book this place. I was completely unable to use this accommodation. The government had naturally blocked access to Rhodes, so staying there was impossible. As everyone knows, in such unavoidable situations caused by government decisions, guests are entitled to a refund. The host initially promised to refund me but never responded to Agoda’s attempts to contact them, and eventually stopped replying to me as well. I even talked to customer service, but they simply said there was no need to discuss it further since someone else would handle the issue. However, even after a full month, nothing has been resolved. Never book this accommodation. Rhodes is especially affected by weather conditions, so make sure to choose a place without such problems. A host who changes their words and disappears — absolutely the worst experience ever. Μην κάνετε ποτέ κράτηση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Δεν μπόρεσα καθόλου να το χρησιμοποιήσω. Η κυβέρνηση είχε φυσικά κλείσει την πρόσβαση προς τη Ρόδο, επομένως ήταν αδύνατο να μείνω εκεί. Όπως όλοι γνωρίζετε, σε τέτοιες αναπόφευκτες καταστάσεις που προκαλούνται από κυβερνητικές αποφάσεις, οι επισκέπτες δικαιούνται επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αρχικά υποσχέθηκε να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα, αλλά ποτέ δεν απάντησε στις προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας της Agoda και τελικά σταμάτησε να μου απαντά και ο ίδιος. Μίλησα ακόμη και με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, αλλά μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται να το ξανασυζητήσουμε, καθώς κάποιος άλλος θα το αναλάβει. Ωστόσο, ακόμα και μετά από έναν μήνα, τίποτα δεν έχει επιλυθεί. Μην κάνετε κράτηση σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Η Ρόδος επηρεάζεται ιδιαίτερα από τις καιρικές συνθήκες, οπότε επιλέξτε ένα μέρος χωρίς τέτοια προβλήματα. Ένας ιδιοκτήτης που αλλάζει τα λόγια του και εξαφανίζεται — η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα ποτέ.
