The prefect lace to be close to the water and nature but a little off the track if you want to walk to a local eatery or shops. Great terrace for breakfast overlooking the boats and lovely and quiet for sleeping

It was a beautiful location on a Marina that has classes for sailing if you like a bit of adventure. The Hotel is big with the amenities that you normally look for in a hotel. The o l’y thing that we were a bit disappointed about is when you check in after a long drive you would expect the reception / bell boy etc to help you with the luggage to your call room! Which we had to make a bit of a fuss to get it! They expect you to carry your luggage’s to your room although it is not a four star hotel! They actually took the luggage to the room but only after they saw that we were upset and when my husband commented harshly! Otherwise it was a very clean and functional hotel.

Room was rather sterile but pleasant - we had balcony overlooking the marina that had a huge number of sailboats docked but not within view of the lake itself. A short walk revealed a very rocky shoreline. The restaurant and bar was ok. Obviously there were guests who appeared to be staying there due to sailing classes offered at the facility. There was nothing close by to do, it was in a very rural area.

THe hotel is in a great location. Staff are very nice and make you feel at home. Enjoyed may stay, and the breakfast sitting outside with a magnificent view was worth the stay in this hotel in a remote location
