Great location that’s central to everything downtown. There are unhoused people but it’s expected for downtown. They don’t bother anyone. No staff onsite but instructions very easy to follow. Just wish the code for the gym was on multiple pages of all the instructions given to find with ease. Also, the pictures on hotels.com don’t match the room booked.
