Hotel and staff are very nice. The room are very comfy.

The hotel is a verry good looking hotel. It is also used for official comites. Due to the early wake up time of the locals, activities for these comites might start early e.g. 6 am. However, this is not verry disturbing.
The hotel staff is extremely helpfull. Without announcement of an early check-in, they arranged a room for us ti stay in. They also booked a tour to the Bromo Vulcano and a private driver to the airport at reasonable price, but above all; at short notice.
Having a late arriva for breakfast was a little dissapointing, due to not topping up the buffet.
The room is verry clean and neat. Nice airco and wifi.
