Horrific communication with the management group 360. Worst in all of Brazil.
They're not even able to bring you towels, except for "within a 48 hour window", after you ask for them.
Reception at the building has nothing to do with the management group, so they won't arrange anything together, not even to hold a drop off of towels to reception.
With 360 Management, one is obliged to speak to A.I. ONLY on WhatsApp. One can never speak to an actual human on the phone. To speak to a human, on WhatsApp takes an eternity. HORRIBLE.
