Microwave broke on Christmas Day. Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Highly recommend these apartments.

Small apt., which was perfect for me. Everything was clean. There was a floor fan which was badly needed, given the summer heat. And the tube stations were close by. All perfect.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and welcoming accommodation. Lovely view from bedroom to the little park opposite.
Clear communication by email re check-in/leaving. Close to tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
