    We stayed for three nights during the middle of the week, so the hotel was not overly crowded. The property appears to have been recently renovated, but there are still many areas that need improvement. To be honest, our first room was disappointing, and we had to request a room change. The hotel moved us to a room on a higher floor, and everything seemed fine until we discovered bed bugs later that evening. The best aspect of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. They responded quickly to our concerns and maintained a high level of service throughout our stay despite the issues we encountered. This would be the perfect choice for travelers who want to enjoy the city center atmosphere. There are laundry services, spa, restaurants within a few steps. We may consider coming back

    There is quite a lot wrong with this hotel, but my main issue was that I was forced to change rooms because of an incessant humming noise outside my room that could not be fixed. Unfortunately, after moving rooms, I pulled back the bed sheets and found hairs, including what appeared to be pubic hairs, between the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting. By this stage it was around 10:30 pm. There were no staff available to help and no other rooms were available, so my only option was to take the sheets from my original room and remake the bed myself. Overall the staff were friendly and apologetic, but the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were very disappointing.

    My stay was acceptable, but there were several disappointing issues. The room I received appeared smaller than what was advertised on Agoda, which was frustrating because the listing created different expectations. I also noticed ants in the room, which made the stay less comfortable. The breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few choices, and the coffee was poor. Even though I don’t eat much myself, I don’t think the breakfast is worth paying extra for. If you’re considering adding breakfast to your booking, I would recommend skipping it. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but be aware that the room may be smaller than the photos or description suggest, and I don’t think the breakfast offers good value for the money.
