    Great pool, great location, but the price increase at this location compared to similar options is too high. I feel they have raised the price so the limited staff doesn't need to deal with so many guests, this avoiding service issues.

    My family enjoyed the accessibility to shops, restaurants and transport. We appreciate the staff's sensitivity to guests' needs. The staff gives ready assistance be it in first floor lobby or check in level. Free yoga class available on scheduled days while overlooking Taipei 101. Nice and clean gym. Breakfast has variety each day. Feels like home away from home.

    W Taipei is modern, clean and conveniently located, but the service experience was disappointing. Some frontline staff, especially the hotline and Level 1 lobby team, came across as unfriendly and impatient. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price mainly due to the poor service.
