    For starters, even though check-in time was still a few hours away, we were still allowed to park at the hotel (for free!!) so we didn't have to pay for parking near Truist Park. The hotel is within walking distance to Truist, which was very convenient. The man staffing the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. We checked-in around 8pm after the game, and were hot and tired. I was pleasantly surprised to come into a very clean and fresh-smelling room. As the couple we were traveling with said, "the floor didn't even make your socks black!" The beds were very comfortable and the set up of the room did not make you feel cramped or crowded. It also had a kitchenette, hich wad complete with a full-sized fridge and small stovetop. Even situated near the elevator, our room was nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future.

    I called to ask if they had a shuttle to the Braves game and was told they did so I booked the room. We arrived and were told they do not have a shuttle to the game. No pool.

    I'll start with the only bright spot of this stay: Summer at the front desk is exceptional. She is professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction in a way that stands in stark contrast to the overall experience. She facilitated three room changes on my behalf — checking each one personally — because each successive room was in an deplorable state of cleanliness. I ultimately settled for the least egregious of the options available. Summer deserves recognition, a raise, and frankly a promotion, because she is carrying a property that has otherwise let its standards erode to a remarkable degree. Cleanliness — the central issue This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversights. The carpets throughout the rooms and hallways were visibly unvacuumed — during a multi-day stay, I never once heard a vacuum running, and upon passing the cleaning carts in the hallway, I noted no vacuum cleaner present on any of them. The floors collected crumbs, dust, and debris in every corner and along every baseboard. Walking barefoot confirms immediately what a visual scan might tempt you to overlook. I wiped down all hard surfaces and tile with disinfecting wipes upon arrival and still found the results disheartening. A dead insect — centipede-adjacent in appearance — was found alongside the refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer, though empty, emitted a persistent, deeply unpleasant odor reminiscent of decomposing vegetables. The laundry facility was similarly neglected — lint and debris on the floors, no apparent maintenance routine. Linens and bedding The quality of the linens was substandard: visibly stained, pilled, and in some cases torn. The comforter had a significant tear and a stain of ambiguous but deeply concerning origin — though it had clearly been laundered, which is a low bar that nonetheless went uncleared. The pillows deserve a mention as a genuine positive: both firm and soft options were available, and that was a thoughtful touch. The bed itself was adequately comfortable. Room features and amenities The rooms are spacious, and the full kitchen setup — refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher — is a functional amenity. The Dove toiletries were good quality. Water pressure was solid. The AC functioned intermittently: it would cycle off without reaching the set temperature and left the room notably stagnant overnight. These are not dealbreakers in isolation, but they compound the overall picture. Noise The doors have a significant gap at the base that a door sweep only partially addresses — sound from the hallway is clearly audible. My room was positioned directly across from a stairwell door and an exterior door leading to the patio and grill area. The exterior door in particular produced an aggressive, grinding metal-on-metal sound each time it opened or closed — which was frequent, and which was disruptive enough that I relied on multiple noise machines and towels at the door threshold to make the room tolerable overnight. Location and parking The location is quiet — tucked at a dead end with minimal through traffic — and accessible by car, though not walkable. Parking is generally available, though a number of spaces were cordoned off for unclear reasons. Housekeeping policy Housekeeping is by request only. There are no routine linen changes, towel replenishments, or trash removal. A large rolling trash bin is parked in the hallway, and guests frequently haul their own trash out and leave bags accumulated in the corridor. This is a management and operational decision, not a guest criticism — but prospective guests should know what they're walking into. Final assessment To be direct: this property is unconscionably dirty for its price point, and the standard of cleanliness is not a staffing accident — it is a management failure.
