The only issues in this hotel is the AC
Santo Domingo is a really hot and humidity city for this reason
Every single guest doesn’t have the option on regulation there own temperature in the rooms
Beside that the hotel has excellent location
Roberto front desk amazing customer service
Jean Carlo also too

Many options inside the hotel for food and entertainment

All good just sometime people from the restaurant at breakfast need to be more focus.

Showing some issues of poor maintenance. The bathroom door was unaligned, doesn’t close and make a nose when opened
